Role Overview
DreamM Consulting Ltd. is seeking an Organizational Transformation Manager to lead complex business transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, organizational capability, and long-term business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organizational transformation projects.
- Conduct operational and strategic assessments.
- Develop implementation roadmaps.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops.
- Monitor programme performance and KPIs.
- Support executive leadership with strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
- Significant consulting or transformation management experience.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and facilitation skills.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide change initiatives.
Pay: £84,000.00 per year
