TikTok Live Sales Host – Nature Origins

Nature Origins is a growing UK wellness brand specialising in superfoods and natural wellness products.
We’re looking for a confident, energetic and commercially driven TikTok Live Sales Host who can capture attention, build trust and turn viewers into customers.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in live presenting, social commerce and sales. Previous TikTok Live experience is helpful, but it is not essential. We’re more interested in your confidence, personality, reliability and willingness to improve.
You’ll earn 20% commission on eligible sales generated through your assigned live sessions, with no commission cap.
Example earnings
- Generate £250 in eligible sales: earn £50 commission
- Generate £500 in eligible sales: earn £100 commission
- Generate £1,000 in eligible sales: earn £200 commission
- Generate £2,000 in eligible sales: earn £400 commission
The more revenue you generate, the more you earn.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll host engaging TikTok Live sessions from our Brierley Hill location, where you will:
- Demonstrate and showcase Nature Origins products
- Explain how our products can fit into customers’ daily wellness routines
- Answer live questions confidently and accurately
- Present special offers, bundles and TikTok Shop promotions
- Create urgency without being overly pushy
- Keep viewers engaged throughout each session
- Encourage viewers to purchase directly through TikTok Shop
- Test different hooks, demonstrations and selling approaches
- Review your performance and continually improve your conversion rate
- Help grow live revenue, repeat purchases and brand awareness
You’ll receive product training, offer information and guidance from our team. You’ll also have the freedom to bring your own personality and presenting style to each live session.
You’ll Be a Strong Fit If You Are
- Confident and natural on camera
- Energetic, engaging and comfortable speaking for extended periods
- Persuasive without sounding scripted or aggressive
- Motivated by targets, commission and performance
- Reliable, punctual and consistent
- Comfortable handling questions and customer objections
- Interested in learning about wellness and superfood products
- Willing to receive coaching and improve your performance
- Focused on generating measurable sales, not just views
It’s a Bonus If You
- Have previously hosted TikTok Lives
- Have experience in sales, telesales, retail or customer service
- Understand TikTok Shop or live-shopping features
- Have sold products through livestreams or social media
- Know how to create urgency and use strong calls to action
- Have an interest in wellness, nutrition or healthy living
Commission Structure
You will receive 20% commission on eligible sales attributed to your assigned TikTok Live sessions.
Commission is uncapped and will be calculated according to the written commission agreement provided before you begin. This agreement will explain how refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, VAT, delivery charges and discounted orders are treated.
Any minimum-wage entitlement that applies to the working arrangement will be honoured.

What Success Looks Like
The main objective of this role is maximum sustainable revenue growth.
Your performance will be measured using factors such as:
- Gross and net live revenue
- Product conversion rate
- Revenue generated per live hour
- Average order value
- Viewer engagement and retention
- Refund and cancellation rates
- Reliability and consistency
