Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to support our culinary team in delivering high-quality meals and maintaining a clean, organised kitchen environment. Duties
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly in accordance with established recipes and standards

- Help with inventory management by organising supplies and ingredients
- Assist with washing, peeling, chopping, and other preparatory tasks for ingredients
- Support the team in maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or food service environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices is advantageous
- Experience in meal preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations will be considered a plus
- Enthusiasm for learning about culinary techniques and food presentation is highly valued
