Care Team Leader (Nights) - 36 Hours per Week
Shift Pattern: 8:00pm – 8:00am
Hours: 36 hours per week (3 x 12-hour night shifts)
Working Pattern: Two-week rolling rota with every other weekend off

What you'll be doing
As a Care Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care throughout the night. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you'll:
- Lead and motivate the night care team, ensuring exceptional standards of care
- Coordinate the smooth running of each shift
- Administer and manage medications safely and accurately
- Complete and review care plans and assessments
- Support, mentor and develop colleagues
- Promote dignity, independence and choice for every resident
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies
- Respond confidently to changing resident needs and support families when required
We're looking for someone who leads with kindness, professionalism and confidence. Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience working within a residential or dementia care setting
- Previous experience supervising or leading a care team
- A Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards one)
- Medication administration experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
