About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Vinyl Press Labourer to join our production team. This role involves supporting the day-to-day operation of vinyl press machinery, handling materials, carrying out quality checks, and ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys hands-on work in a manufacturing environment. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading vinyl materials and finished products.
- Assisting with the operation of vinyl press equipment.
- Monitoring production processes and reporting any issues.
- Carrying out quality inspections on finished products.
- Packing, labelling, and preparing products for dispatch.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
- Following all health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Supporting other production activities as required.
Requirements
- Good attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous manufacturing or factory experience is an advantage but not essential.

6am - 2pm Monday to friday
Pay: £27,999.00-£28,080.00 per year
