What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full vehicle sales journey from enquiry through to delivery
- Building strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals
- Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Presenting vehicles, finance and Warranty options confidently and professionally
- Negotiating and closing deals to maximise both customer satisfaction and profitability
- Delivering a premium customer experience that sets you apart from the competition
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years experience in automotive/car sales within a dealership environment
- A proven track record of strong sales performance
- Highly motivated with a competitive, target-driven mindset
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident negotiator with strong closing ability
- Professional, organised, and committed to delivering excellent service
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
