Are you an IT professional who excels at systems administration, user support, and coordinating with third-party vendors? At Uneek Clothing Ltd, we are introducing a new hybrid IT model. We have partnered with an outsourced managed service provider (MSP) who handles our heavy infrastructure-specifically Azure, networks, and firewalls.
We are looking for an internal IT & Business Systems Administrator to act as their counterpart, reporting directly to the IT Director. In this role, you will own day-to-day user support, business systems administration, endpoint security, and vendor governance. This is an opportunity to own problems end-to-end and manage relationships, rather than having to execute all the heavy technical infrastructure work personally.
What You Will Do
This role requires a methodical professional to oversee internal systems and act as the bridge between our business and our MSP.
- First-Line Support: Triage and resolve helpdesk tickets via Desk365, manage onboarding/offboarding, and serve as the on-site point of contact for hardware and connectivity issues.
- Systems Administration: Administer Microsoft 365 (users, mailboxes, licensing), SharePoint, ClickUp, and maintain email signatures via CodeTwo.
- Endpoint Security & Management: Administer and manage endpoint security and device patching utilizing Microsoft Intune, ESET, Action1, and M365.
- Automation: Build, maintain, and debug Power Automate workflows for ticketing, approvals, and notifications.
- Vendor Governance: Act as the named internal contact for our MSP, review their monthly service reports, track change requests, approve out-of-scope charges, and flag scope creep.
- Incident Ownership: Serve as the named incident owner during IT or security incidents, coordinate internal communications, maintain the incident response runbook, and coordinate backup restoration testing.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Required
- Education: BSc or equivalent degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in an IT support & business systems administration role.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) is required, or must be completed within your probation period.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) is required to ensure you can critically read vendor reports and understand the environment.
Essential (The Daily Drivers)
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 (mailboxes, licensing, groups) in a business environment.
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and delivering first-line IT support.
- Experience with endpoint management and security tools (e.g., Intune, ESET, Action1).
- Familiarity with SharePoint administration.
- Clear, methodical written communication skills for vendor liaison and incident logging.
- Comfortable owning a problem end-to-end and coordinating third parties rather than executing all technical work personally.
Desirable (The "Uneek" Edge)
- Prior experience managing or liaising with an outsourced IT/MSP provider.
- Experience with ClickUp administration.
- Experience building or maintaining Power Automate workflows.
- Experience working within a B2B, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
