The Roles:
As a Lead tutor at Parch Hill, you will have the opportunity to tutor children between the ages of 5 – 16 in the core subjects of English and Maths. We like to work with small group sizes here as we feel this achieves the best results, therefore you will never have more than 4-5 children in one group and you as the leader tutor will oversee tutoring of the centre. This is an exciting opportunity and we are looking for a highly motivated and flexible person who can grow and develop with our school. For the right candidate, the opportunity for growth in this role is enormous.

Successful candidates must possess:
- A passion for education.
- Charisma and confidence.
- Essential: Educated to a degree level, or have achieved A Levels in maths / English and have an extremely strong A-level academic record.
