- Reception duties - answering the phone and directing client enquiries
- Diary Management and meeting room bookings
- Preparing meeting packs
- Adding client data and leads to the database.
- Anti-money laundering checks
- Scanning and filing client documents
- Handling incoming and outgoing post, including post log
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Gaining basic policy information
- Running annual review reports
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
- Helping the Operations Manager with project work when required
- Ad hoc administrative duties – to include audits, additional checking and where wills where necessary.
- Educated to A-level or its equivalent, the post would suit someone wanting to gain experience within the financial sector
- Must have excellent customer care skills
- Must have a good telephone manner and good communication skills
- Must be numerate and articulate
- Will need a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Good typing skills will also be an advantage.
- Must be organized, able to work within a team, and to undertake a variety of tasks
- Willing to work towards industry qualifications

Pay: £27,700.00-£32,000.00 per year
