Job Summary
Rosa & Beau Floral Design and Events Ltd is seeking an experienced Director of Weddings and Events to lead the planning, creative direction, and delivery of weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, and bespoke experiences.
The successful candidate will oversee client relationships, event teams, suppliers, budgets, and creative concepts while ensuring every event is delivered to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of weddings and events from initial enquiry through completion
- Develop creative event concepts, themes, styling, and guest experiences
- Manage wedding planners, event coordinators, florists, freelancers, and suppliers
- Build strong relationships with clients, venues, caterers, photographers, and event partners
- Manage event budgets, quotations, contracts, schedules, and profitability
- Coordinate venues, décor, floral design, entertainment, catering, and logistics
- Oversee event setup, live delivery, and breakdown
- Develop packages and identify opportunities to grow wedding and event revenue
- Maintain high standards of customer service and event quality
- Support marketing, partnerships, and business-development activities
Requirements
- Experience in weddings, events, hospitality, event planning, or a related field
- Experience managing events, clients, suppliers, or creative teams
- Strong organisational, leadership, communication, and customer-service skills
- Good understanding of event budgets, schedules, logistics, and supplier coordination
- Creative approach to event styling and customer experiences
- Ability to manage multiple events and priorities effectively
- Experience with luxury weddings, corporate events, or venue management is advantageous
- Relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience is preferred

Pay: £50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
