Loader – Avonmouth
Pay: £12.71–£19.06 per hour
Hours: Contracted 45 hours per week, with overtime paid for all hours worked over 45 hours.

The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Loader to join our team in Avonmouth. This role plays a key part in supporting our waste collection operations and helping us achieve our sustainability goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and unloading of waste materials from collection vehicles.
- Operate basic mechanical equipment safely and efficiently.
- Carry out manual handling and heavy lifting duties as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Support the team in achieving daily operational targets.
- Report any equipment faults, hazards, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Requirements
- Ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting safely.
- Good level of physical fitness and stamina.
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering high standards.
Working Hours
- Start time: 05:00
- Availability required until 17:00
- Most shifts finish earlier once the allocated route has been completed.
