About the Role:
I am looking for Personal Assistant (also known as a care assistant or support worker) to join my team of 5 PA's in Edenthorpe! I'm looking for individual who are caring, reliable, and empathetic to support me with personal care and support me to live as independently and comfortably as possible in my own bungalow. The position is for night shifts, 31.5h peer week.
I have specific health conditions which are Friedreich's Ataxia and Diabetes and require assistance with various tasks, including toileting, showering, and medication reminders.

Responsibilities:
- Basic Moving and Handling including hoist training required (training will be provided if needed)
- Assist with personal care activities
- Support me with medication management
- Light household duties as needed
- Foster a trusting one-to-one relationship
- Adapt to daily variations in tasks
- Basic IT skills preferred but not required
Requirements:
- Honesty, reliability, and punctuality
- Respect for privacy and confidentiality
- Full British Driving Licence essential for those wanting to work day shifts as PA's will be expected to drive my manual vehicle (sometimes long distance).
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
