The Role
We are seeking a reliable and organised Accounts Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (15 hours per week). This is an on-site role, offering flexibility across working days/hours to suit both the business and the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase invoices
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Bank reconciliations
- Supporting month-end processes
- General administrative duties within the accounts function
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience using Sage 50 Accounts (essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Working Hours
- 15 hours per week (flexible arrangement to be agreed)
- On-site role based at S42 5UG
