The Birdhouse Standard
The Bar Supervisor should be someone management can trust to run the bar properly.
That means the lines are clean, the cellar is organised, the stock is where it should be, the team knows what they’re doing, customers are looked after and the bar is making money.
We want our Supervisors to be proactive. If you see something that could be better, do something about it or bring the solution to management.
If you’ve got an idea for a new cocktail, a better way of doing something, a promotion that could increase sales or an event that customers would love, we want to hear it.
This is an opportunity to have a genuine influence on the development of The Birdhouse and progress within the business.
