This role will co-ordinate a multi-agency response to high-risk vulnerable people experiencing complex anti-social behaviour ensuring a robust support plan to support individuals reducing associated risk. The postholder will also be responsible for the Introduction of prevention partnership panels providing robust support plans for young people, preventing them from escalating into criminal activity, violence and/or anti-social behaviour.
