The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is a hands-on role where you will build meaningful relationships with residents, support complex needs, and play a key part in delivering high-quality dementia and end-of-life care.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing high-quality nursing care tailored to individuals living with dementia and mental health needs
- Supporting residents through all stages of care, including end-of-life
- Administering medication and monitoring clinical needs
- Working closely with a consistent, experienced care team
- Ensuring care plans are up to date and truly person-centred
- Supporting families with compassion and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse RGN or RMN with a valid NMC pin
- Someone committed, reliable, and genuinely caring
- A team player who takes pride in their work
- Experience in dementia or complex care is ideal, but attitude matters most
