Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial premises such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial sites, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Provide domestic cleaning services in private homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation, and kitchen cleaning.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely to achieve optimal results.
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and schedules to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain a high level of hygiene by adhering to health and safety regulations during all cleaning activities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning tasks to the supervisor promptly.
- Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to different environments and client requests while maintaining professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable.
- Previous domestic cleaning experience is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality results.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to cleaning practices.
