We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable Receptionist / Junior Wellness Practitioner to join our growing wellness clinic on Cold Bath Road in Harrogate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career within the health, beauty, and wellness industry, as full training will be provided.
The role combines reception duties with hands-on practitioner support, including facial treatments, head spa treatments, and operating specialist wellness equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties
- Opening and closing the clinic
- Welcoming clients and providing excellent customer service
- Booking and managing appointments using Timely software
- Answering telephone calls and responding to email and online enquiries
- Taking payments and processing transactions
- Maintaining client records and appointment schedules
- Ensuring reception and treatment areas are clean, tidy, and professional
- General administrative and reception duties as required
Junior Practitioner Duties
- Assisting with and performing facial treatments and head spa services (full training provided)
- Preparing treatment rooms and equipment
- Operating hyperbaric oxygen chambers (full training provided)
- Supporting practitioners and ensuring clients have a positive experience
- Following clinic protocols, health and safety procedures, and treatment standard
