GSU Landscapes is growing, and we’re looking for a hands-on Team Leader who takes pride in delivering high-quality outdoor spaces and knows how to get the best out of a team.
If you enjoy working outdoors, leading from the front, and seeing real results at the end of the day—this could be the role for you.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading a small team working on-site and keeping projects running smoothly
- Delivering soft landscaping works (planting, turfing, ground prep)
- Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and presentation
- Operating tools and machinery confidently
- Travelling between sites in a company vehicle
What we’re looking for
- At least 1 year’s landscaping experience
- Someone who can lead by example and motivate a team
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in their work
