The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Air Conditioning Service & Installation Engineer to join our growing team based in Chelmsford.

You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding and installing a range of air conditioning systems across commercial and domestic sites.
The Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Installing, servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems.
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs.
- Working on a range of split, multi-split, VRF/VRV and other HVAC systems.
- Completing installation, service and maintenance paperwork accurately.
- Liaising professionally with customers and site contacts.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with current regulations and company procedures.
- Working safely and maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
About You
We are looking for an engineer who is reliable, professional and takes pride in their work.
You should have:
- Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer.
- Strong service, maintenance and installation experience.
- Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Relevant air conditioning/HVAC qualifications.
- F-Gas certification.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive, professional and hardworking attitude.
