Home Care Worker – Llanelli and Surrounding Areas
People Support are recruiting Home Care Workers throughout Llanelli and surrounding areas. We have full-time, part-time and relief positions available.
You will provide care and support to people in their own homes, helping them remain safe, independent and supported with their daily needs.
No previous care experience is needed, as we provide fully paid training, shadowing and support to complete your QCF qualification.
Pay and benefits
- £13.45 per hour on weekdays
- £13.80 per hour on weekends
- Time and a half on bank holidays
- 45p per mile
- 28 days’ annual leave
- Block payments from the start to the end of each shift, minus your lunch break
- Fully paid training and shadowing
- Support to complete your QCF qualification
- Full-time, part-time and relief positions available
Our West Wales service has been rated Excellent.
A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential for this role.
