We are working with a growing first opinion practice as they seek a new permanent vet to join the team.
The Role:
As this is a growth position, we are happy to negotiate on both working hours, and caseload biases for the right vet. There is a consistent surgical and medical caseload daily so have plenty of flexibility on what you would be assigned. No OOH commitment is needed but flexibility on our weekend’s rota (shorter Saturday shifts) is desired; the practice itself is open 08:30 – 18:30 in the week.
As a new clinician, you would be expected to manage a diverse caseload of clients and be a strong brand representative of our practice. You are able to use all the bells and whistles you’d need to be an effective vet as our practice is fully equipped and ready for even more investment. We’ve a full diagnostics set up with X-ray and Ultrasound, dental and orthopaedic kits, spacious wards in our hospital wing and multiple consulting / operating rooms.
Most important for us is culture fit. We prioritise compassionate care being your priority, with a motivation to develop your knowledge close behind. We are happy to negotiate packages and would look to offer up to circa £60,000, and have a healthy set of benefits alongside.
