We have a fantastic opportunity within our continuously expanding organisation for a Team Leader for Harmony Cares Residential Home, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex physical and medical needs.

Weekend work is expected. You will be expected to work 2 weekends a month - one on one off.
Skill set:
Minimum of QCF/NVQ 3.
Excellent literacy skills.
Ability to apply attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Computer literate including basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.
A pro-active mindset, with a willingness to be flexible, agile & react positively to change whilst completing duties to support the Manager.
Ability to develop strong working relationships with others.
Ability to work to Harmony care’s values and have a good knowledge of CQC requirements.
Ability to participate in the on call rota.
Experience of:
Reviewing person centred support plans of a high standard.
Manage day to day running of the Home whilst on shift under the direction of the Manager.
Reviewing person centered support plans of a high standard.
Completing staff competency checks for meds, manual handling and dysphagia.
Leading and giving direction to staff team with all daily duties.
Medication management and supporting people with finances aswell as engaging with health professionals and MDTs.
Weekend and bank holiday work are to be expected.
