Experienced Groundworker Required – Birmingham Area
Morgan & Bond Ltd is seeking an experienced Groundworker to join our team, working on social housing projects across the Birmingham area.
We are looking for candidates who have previous experience working within occupied social housing properties and can demonstrate a high standard of workmanship.
Essential Requirements
- Extensive experience in domestic leak detection.
- Skilled in the excavation and repair of water supply pipes.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own basic hand tools.
- Valid CSCS card.
Desirable
- Excavator experience (preferred but not essential).
