Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work station in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients through friendly and professional communication.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest hair styling trends and techniques to offer innovative services.
- Manage busy walk in customers and give a great customer experience
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitised after each use.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a barber with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in hair styling, cutting and grooming techniques.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Valid barbering licence or certification as required by local regulations is preferred but not essential for all applicants.
