The Role
As a front-of-house team member, you’ll be at the heart of our cinema operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless experience. You’ll support all areas of the cinema, including lounges, auditoriums, and food & beverage service, while maintaining a welcoming and organised environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all areas of the cinema.
- Assist with food and beverage service to guest areas.
- Maintain clean, tidy, and inviting public spaces.
- Support opening, closing, and daily operational procedures.
- Handle guest enquiries professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Operate tills and POS systems accurately.
- Adhere to hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
About You
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Friendly, professional, and proactive in assisting guests.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
