We’re working with a well-established law firm in Eastbourne that is looking to add an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to its team.
You’ll manage your own caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues, with matters likely to include:
- Commercial property sales and purchases
- Landlord and tenant work
- Commercial leases, renewals and assignments
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Property finance and secured lending
- General commercial property matters for a varied client base
The firm is looking for someone who can confidently handle commercial property matters and provide a clear, commercially focused service to clients.
