The Role:
You will be part of a small team of Accounts Administrators who work collaboratively to support a small number of Branch Accountants. This structure provides exposure to multiple brands across the Group, offering variety in your day-to-day work and excellent opportunities to broaden your accounting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing accounts payable transactions, including invoice checking, expense coding, and payment preparation
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assisting with month-end closing activities
- Preparing financial reports and analysis as required
- Providing general support to the accounting team
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
This role would suit someone who is detail-oriented, well organised, and keen to develop their understanding of accounts payable and wider accounting processes. You will play a key role in supporting the finance function while gaining experience across different brands within the Group.
