We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Admin Assistant to provide vital administrative support within our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing correspondence, and assisting with various clerical tasks. Duties
- Manage and maintain schedules,
- Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Handle correspondence via email and phone, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Update and maintain data records using excel and accounts based software systems
- Assist with accounts administration tasks, including producing invoices and job cost reports from specialist software (full training provided).
- Organise files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to enquiries.
- Utilise organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to facilitate smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience or similar role within a professional setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience working with accounting software would be useful, but not essential .
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Good computer literacy and IT skills to troubleshoot basic issues.
- Demonstrated time management abilities to meet deadlines consistently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a friendly working environment.

Pay: £21,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
