We are a small 35 seat local restaurant in Holland Park with a 16 seat terrace outside - serving seasonal British cuisine in a continental style and pouring wine, mainly from the old world, with a focus on small, independent, and ecologically minded vineyards.
There is only a small team of 2 chefs on per service - and a small team out front too.

You will be helping the head chef with the development of a daily changing menu, which flows with the seasons.
Everything including the breads are made in house everyday.
