We’re currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to work with XPO in Aylesbury. With a range of shift patterns available, you can choose work that fits around your lifestyle – whether that’s full-time, part-time, or weekends only. Immediate starts and ongoing work available.
Pay Rates
- Days: £20.12 per hour
- Nights: £21.34 per hour
- Weekends: £23.77 – £29.87 per hour
- All rates are PAYE, with holiday pay accrued separately
The Role
You’ll be delivering dairy products on behalf of a major food distribution operation. This includes a mix of depot-to-depot and store deliveries to well-known retailers.
- Typically 4–5 drops per shift
- Manual handling required at delivery points
- Full induction and training provided so you can hit the ground running
Shift Information
- Start times: 00:01–05:00 and 13:00–22:00
- Shift length: 10–12 hours
- Operation runs 7 days a week – flexible patterns available
What You’ll Need
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
- Minimum 6 months’ recent HGV driving experience
- No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
