Summary
We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our dynamic team at Assenta Ltd. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring that all specifications and quality standards are met. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects within the rail industry.
The Role:
· Mechanical and structural design including production of calculations and drawings
- Monitoring of all records with regard to maintenance exams and defects
- Processing, monitoring, maintaining and implementing of the QMS, CMS and SMS
- Vehicle Maintenance Management
- Quality, Compliance and Audits
- Production of Engineering Change Documentation
- Assisting the Identification of spare parts for rail vehicles
- Monitoring of regulations and standards and update company policies, procedures and documentation to reflect changes
- Provide technical assistance to depot technicians when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in system design.
- Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with GD&T principles.
- Experience with MATLAB and Simulink is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Annual Leave and Benefits:
