Amore Social Care is currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing agency team across the Wirral.
We work with a range of high-quality services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and physical disabilities. This role is ideal for support workers who value flexibility while still wanting consistent, meaningful work.
The Role:
As an Agency Support Worker, you will:
- Deliver person-centred care and support in line with individual care plans
- Promote independence, dignity, and choice at all times
- Support with daily living tasks, including personal care where required
- Encourage community engagement and meaningful activities
- Work professionally within different care settings
- Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a support worker or care role (essential)
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable individuals
- Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Right to work in the UK
