About the Role
As our Business Growth Partner, you'll work alongside the Director to help grow Plumbed by building relationships and creating new opportunities.
Your focus will be on developing connections with:
- Estate agents
- Block management companies
- Property management companies
- Letting agents
- Developers
- Commercial clients
- Local businesses
You'll represent the Plumbed brand, arrange meetings, identify new opportunities and help secure long-term contracts and partnerships.
Who We're Looking For
We're not necessarily looking for someone with years of sales experience.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- A confident communicator
- Professional and personable
- Great at building relationships
- Commercially minded
- Passionate about helping grow a business
Experience within the property, construction or plumbing industry would be an advantage but isn't essential.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Introducing Plumbed to property professionals and commercial customers
- Attending networking events and business meetings
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Working with the Director on marketing and growth strategies
- Helping shape the future direction of the business
