The Role
This is a modern paraplanning role where technology supports many of the traditional administrative and report-writing tasks, allowing you to spend more time ensuring recommendations are accurate, compliant and delivered efficiently.
Working closely with our advisers and wider team, your responsibilities will include:
- Using the Plannr CRM system to maintain client records, manage workflows, progress cases and ensure data accuracy throughout the advice process
- Preparing client meeting documentation
- Gathering and collating financial information
- Inputting data into financial planning and tax calculation software
- Assisting with pension, investment and protection cases
- Liaising with providers and third parties
- Supporting advisers throughout the advice process
- Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems
- Helping ensure cases are progressed efficiently from start to finish
Training will be provided on our systems and processes.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working accurately and methodically, takes pride in producing high-quality work and genuinely enjoys being part of a team.
You will have experience working within an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) or Wealth Management practice.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience within Financial Services (essential)
- A good understanding of pensions, investments and financial planning
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to manage your own workload and use your initiative
- A positive, flexible and professional attitude
- Strong IT skills and confidence using multiple systems
- A willingness to learn and develop
Experience using financial planning software or tax calculation tools would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
If you are already studying towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS), or would like to do so, we will support your professional development.

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
