Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised team member to join our training support team. The key duties of the role are reception and administrative support. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a professional demeanour to support internal and external clients. Full training and support will be provided for this role including our training management system.
Role & Responsibility Overview
· Initial point of contact for any candidates and visitors to the centre, including signing candidates in for their training courses
· Notifying and invigilating Health, Safety and Environmental tests
· Providing administrative support to instructors and assessors
- Responding to phone calls, emails, and enquiries (internal/external)
- Processing training paperwork in line with company and governing body requirements
- Producing course paperwork
- Producing and issuing training certificates
- Maintaining and filing candidate records
- Providing general administrative support to training and management teams
- Liaising with external governing bodies
- Supporting the coordination and resourcing of training events
- Assisting with the creation of training events via the events management system
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties as requested
Experience
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good typing speed and accuracy are essential for efficient document handling.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email with diverse stakeholders.

Pay: £27,276.00-£27,945.00 per year
