We have an amazing opportunity available for an experienced, passionate opening for a chef/cook to join the friendly and enthusiastic team at Park Manor Hotel. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service and top-quality fresh food served in stylish surroundings and have earned an excellent reputation in the area.
You must be willing to work in all sections of the kitchen and be flexible as the business requires.
This is a permanent full-time position.
Salary is dependent on experience.
· Experience in a similar role is essential.
· Understanding of ordering, stock, waste management
· Be well organised and motivated
· Calm working under pressure
· Punctual and reliable with an excellent work ethic
· Hands-on active role.
· Creative with dishes and plating
