A nurturing and specialist SEND school, in Hounslow, is seeking caring, resilient, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils with autism and a range of additional learning needs.

The Role
- Supporting pupils with autism and complex additional needs
- Working on a 1:1 basis and within small classroom groups
- Helping students develop social, emotional, and academic skills
- Supporting communication, structured routines, and emotional regulation
- Creating a calm, engaging and positive learning environment
- Assisting with personalised learning plans and EHCP targets

Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with children (preferred)
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK
- GCSEs or equivalent (preferred)
