Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Scaffolder Part 2 to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in erecting and dismantling scaffolding safely and efficiently on various construction sites. Responsibilities
- Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures in accordance with safety regulations and project specifications
- Inspect scaffolding for stability and safety before use, ensuring all components are secure
- Collaborate with other trades such as carpenters, roofers, and masons to facilitate smooth workflow
- Follow detailed plans and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly of scaffolding systems
- Maintain a clean work environment by organising tools and materials efficiently
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols at all times during scaffolding operations
- Assist with the transportation of scaffolding materials around the site using appropriate hand or power tools
Skills
- Proven experience in scaffolding, particularly at Part 2 level or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of construction practices including carpentry, roofing, masonry, plumbing, welding, electrical work, and painting is advantageous
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project plans accurately
- Competence in fabrication techniques relevant to scaffolding components
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Good physical fitness with the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong commitment to health & safety standards on site

Pay: £200.00-£220.00 per day
