What we're looking for
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven and meticulous Sales Advisor. The right candidate must have great attention to detail, be reliable and have retail sales experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing the end to end customer buying experience, from initial enquiry to booking the handover of the car.
- Dealing with online and telephone customer enquiries.
- Greeting customers on display, answering their questions and performing test drives.
- Discussing financing options with customers, include HP and PCP.
- Taking customers through our extended warranty packages and paint protection products.
- Creating all the necessary paperwork required to complete the sale.
Essential Skills
- A proven track record of top performance in a sales environment.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Able to build positive working relationships with other team members.
- Strong ability to multitask and think on your feet with an appetite to grow and develop.
- Full UK driving licence.
Benefits
- Salary: Basic - £28,000. On target earnings - £60,000
- Working week: 5 days (3 week days and all weekends)
- Hours: We are open 8:30am - 6pm Monday to Saturday and 10:30 am - 5pm on Sundays
