Chef de Partie (20-25 hours per week)
Here at Ambiente tapas we are looking for a CDP to join our team. We are looking for someone who wants to learn a new cuisine and is hard working.
Its a small, friendly team, who work for each other.

Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with spec
- Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen
Experience:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
