Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Registered Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of a comprehensive care facility. This pivotal role involves ensuring the highest standards of patient care, staff management, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in assisted living, senior care, and managing teams within healthcare environments. As a Registered Manager, you will champion a compassionate, person-centered approach while maintaining a safe, compliant, and thriving community for residents and staff alike.
Duties
- Lead the overall management of the care facility, ensuring delivery of exceptional patient and resident care aligned with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Supervise and support multidisciplinary teams, including caregivers, nurses, and administrative staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop, implement, and monitor care plans tailored to individual needs, including dementia care, Alzheimer's care, hospice care, and disability support.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing healthcare facilities and assisted living communities.
- Oversee medication administration processes, ensuring accuracy and safety in line with medical protocols.
- Manage operational aspects such as budgeting, staffing schedules, training programs, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits of patient records, safety procedures, and facility maintenance to uphold high standards of service delivery.
- Engage with residents’ families and healthcare professionals to coordinate case management efforts effectively.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in assisted living environments with a strong background in senior care and dementia management.
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy, medical imaging procedures, laboratory processes, and medication administration protocols.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with successful team management and supervising experience in healthcare settings.
- Familiarity with hospice care practices, ICU procedures, home care services, and working with individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff members, residents’ families, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing regulations or resident needs while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: £40,000.00-£47,000.00 per year
