This is an opportunity to become an integral part of successful new restaurant team.
We are looking to add a strong senior chef to our team, someone who can lead, who is confident on section, has done orders, is used to cooking with fresh food and enjoys a busy paced kitchen. You will be a part of a strong senior team as well as a talented group of chefs.
We are now 7 days a week and open longer on a Sunday so adding another chef especially with busy months on the horizon!

We believe in premium service and ingredients, but are dedicated to making a relaxed and welcoming vibe. All of our food is made in house, alongside in house butchery and baking.

The sous chef role with include the following responsibilities;
- Daily Orders
- Helping manage the kitchen brigade / kp team.
- Working closely with local suppliers and helping build strong relationships.
- Look after the profitability of the kitchen and ensure it is consistent in GP %.
- Creating new dishes and helping with an ever changing menu.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £42,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
