Experienced Mat Pilates Instructor – Part-Time
The Yoga Lounge Bournemouth is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Mat-Based Pilates Instructor to join our busy and welcoming studio.
We are seeking an instructor who is passionate about Pilates, confident leading a class, and able to create an engaging experience for a range of abilities.
The Role
- Class: Mat-Based Pilates
- Day: Tuesday evenings
- Time: 6:15pm – 7:15pm
- Location: The Yoga Lounge Bournemouth
- Class type: Cool class – this class is held in our non-heated studio
- Frequency: Weekly
About You
We are ideally looking for someone with 2+ years of Pilates teaching experience, although exceptional candidates with less experience may also be considered.
You will need to:
- Have a strong knowledge of mat-based Pilates and safe teaching practices
- Be confident teaching a busy studio class
- Be able to accommodate different levels and abilities
- Have excellent communication and people skills
- Be reliable, professional and enthusiastic
- Hold appropriate Pilates teaching qualifications and insurance
Additional Opportunities
There may also be opportunities to cover our hot classes from time to time, providing additional teaching hours for the right instructor.
If the Tuesday evening Pilates class is successful, there is also the potential to add another cool Pilates class to the timetable in the future.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Pilates instructor looking to become part of an established and busy studio with potential for further regular teaching opportunities.
