About the Role, job description
Beck Evans is expanding its digital presence, and we’re looking for a creative, detail‑driven Social Media Assistant to join our marketing team. You’ll play a key role in showcasing our premium vehicle inventory, engaging with our audience, and ensuring our online channels reflect the high standards of the Beck Evans brand.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll help shape the first impression customers have of us — producing content that drives engagement, increases enquiries, and strengthens our reputation across all social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Social media management — Manage and update Beck Evans’ social channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
- Campaign delivery — Support the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns to increase engagement, traffic, and vehicle enquiries.
- Content creation — Source, produce, and publish high‑quality, brand‑aligned content showcasing our vehicles and services.
- Performance tracking — Assist in monitoring campaign results and reporting on engagement and reach.
- Proofreading — Ensure all content is accurate, polished, and consistent with Beck Evans’ tone of voice.
- Audience engagement — Create content that encourages interaction, builds community, and increases brand visibility.
- Carry out additional reasonable duties as required by management.
Person Specification
- Proven experience as a social media assistant or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends
- Exceptional written communication and a sharp eye for detail
- Creative flair for producing engaging, original content
- Good computer literacy (PC, Mac, Microsoft Office)
- Highly organised, able to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks
- Valid, clean UK driving licence
- Basic software skills preferred

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
