Crystal Clean Hygiene LTD is an established commercial and specialist cleaning company working with estate agents, property developers, facilities management companies and commercial clients across the West Midlands and Staffordshire.
As our client base continues to grow, we are looking to build a trusted network of experienced self-employed cleaning contractors to support us with regular and overflow work.
This is not an employed position. We are looking to build long term relationships with reliable subcontractors who take pride in their work and are looking to receive regular cleaning opportunities without the hassle of advertising, quoting or sourcing their own clients.
We regularly receive work including:
- End of tenancy cleans
- Deep cleans
- Builders cleans
- Sparkle cleans
- Commercial office cleaning
- Communal area cleaning
- Pre sale & pre let cleans
- Airbnb & serviced accommodation cleaning
Work is offered as it becomes available and you are free to accept or decline jobs depending on your availability.
We're currently looking for cleaning contractors covering various areas within Staffordshire & West Midlands
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' professional cleaning experience
- Self-employed or limited company
- Own vehicle and full driving licence
- Own professional cleaning equipment and products
- Public Liability Insurance
- Smartphone with WhatsApp
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable and professional
- Able to invoice (fortnightly) for completed work

The hourly rate shown is a guide only. Most work is offered on a fixed price subcontract basis, with rates varying depending on the size and complexity of each job.
