Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our newly refurbished restaurant and bar. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant and culinary experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Restaurant Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive team environment and ensuring the smooth running of all restaurant activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the restaurant team and support the team, to ensure efficient service delivery
- Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Develop staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to promote a motivated and productive team
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints promptly to uphold excellent service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant environment at all times
- Implement training programmes for staff development in hospitality, food safety, and service excellence
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- bar experince is necessary
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on customer service excellence
- Familiarity with food production processes and hospitality industry standards

The role will be a minimum of 40 hours to a maximum of 45 hours per week. The salary comprises of hourly rate and gratuties.
Pay: £33,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
