Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure excellent support for customers and internal users. This role is ideal for a problem-solving professional with strong technical knowledge and customer service skills.
What you'll do:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and business systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor support tickets and ensure prompt resolution.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and support records.
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Experience in technical support, IT support, help desk, or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of Windows, networking, cloud services, or business applications.
- Experience with ticketing systems is an advantage.
