Role Overview:
Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner with a background in Early Years Education? You will work as part of a thriving team who deliver outstanding care and education to the children in our local community. About you
· Level 3 Childcare Qualification
· Experience of working within an early year setting
· Knowledge ofEYFS, SEND and safeguarding
· Understanding of the Ofsted requirements
Key responsibilities
· Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities for children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
· Creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
· Collaborating with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's learning journey
· Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and development
· Assisting with daily routines such as mealtimes, nappy changing, and rest periods
· Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children
· Build open and positive relationships with parents and carers
Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working our nurseries. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process.
Pay: From £26,500.00 per year
