What You’ll Be Doing
As Assistant Manager, you’re the backbone of the madness, keeping the good times rolling and the team firing on all cylinders:
Running the Show – Lead shifts with confidence, keep the team on point, and make sure the energy stays high from open till close.
Building the Best Crew – Hire, train, and develop a team that knows how to work hard and play harder.
Creating the Buzz – Keep the atmosphere electric, making sure every shift is packed with energy, great music, and unbeatable vibes.
Keeping It Slick – Manage stock, hit targets, and make sure we stay safe, compliant, and running like a dream.
Owning the Numbers – Know your way around the books, keep an eye on revenue, and help drive profits without killing the vibe.
